Rosewater & Prawn Tuile
Delicate prawn tuile infused with Persian rosewater, served with a quenelle of saffron aioli and micro shiso.
The Bar
Every drink crafted with the same reverence as our cuisine, from hand-infused mocktails to rare loose-leaf teas and fresh-pressed juices.
Signature Mocktail
Blood orange, elderflower cordial, sparkling pomegranate, rosemary smoke. Refreshing and complex.
Traditional Infusion
Gunpowder green tea, fresh spearmint, honey. Served in a silver pot with small glasses, the Moroccan way.
Warm Elixir
Persian saffron threads, green cardamom, steamed oat milk, a touch of date syrup. Golden and warming.

Good to Know
Yes. Every dish at Maqam is prepared with 100% certified halal ingredients. All meat is sourced from accredited halal suppliers, and our kitchen is fully halal-only. No alcohol is used in any preparation.
Smart casual to formal. We ask that guests avoid sportswear and trainers. The dining room is set with linen, candlelight, and ambient music, and our guests dress to match the occasion.
Absolutely. Please flag any allergies or dietary requirements when booking. Use the filter chips on our menu to find vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, nut-free, dairy-free, and shellfish-free options. Our kitchen prepares dedicated tasting menus on request.
Reservations can be cancelled or amended up to 48 hours before your booking at no charge. Cancellations within 48 hours incur a £40 per guest fee. The tasting menu and private dining require a 50% deposit at booking, refundable up to 72 hours in advance.
Children aged 8 and over are welcome at all sittings. A bespoke kids menu is available on request. For families with younger children, we recommend our 5:30 PM Sunday sitting, which has a more relaxed atmosphere.
Yes. The dining room, bar, and restrooms are fully wheelchair accessible. Please mention any accessibility needs when booking and our team will reserve an appropriate table.
Yes. Digital and physical gift cards are available from £50 to £500. They are valid for 12 months and can be redeemed against any dining experience, including the tasting menu and private events. Email hello@maqam.london to purchase.
