Every engagement runs the same five phases. No surprises mid-project. You know the scope, the price, and what you'll own before work begins
No slide deck, no sales pitch. Ten questions about your business, your current tools, and where time goes. By the end, we both know if there's a fit. Free. If it's not a fit, we say so and refer you to someone who is.
We review your current systems, map your workflow, and produce a written assessment with a prioritized roadmap. You know exactly what will be built before a line of code is written. Fixed fee. The Design fee credits against Build if you proceed within 30 days.
Ships incrementally: working demo by week 2, you're in production by the end. You get working software in your environment, the full source code in an account you control, written documentation, and a recorded walkthrough. No hourly billing. The price is what we quoted.
Post-launch bugs, tweaks, and training, no additional billing. The phase ends when you're independent: you can run it, explain it, and change it yourself. Included in every Build.
Ongoing maintenance, enhancements, and quarterly reviews. Cancel with 30 days' notice and nothing on your end changes. You stay because it's useful, not because you're locked in.
A SpearFoundry partner sits in on meetings, guides the tech decisions, and builds what the business needs next: a technology partner who knows the operation from the inside. Available after a completed Build, scoped and priced per client. Three-month minimum, then month-to-month.
Owner-operators across the Princeton corridor and South Jersey. You've outgrown DIY tools but can't justify an agency or a full-time engineer. You want someone who returns calls, ships in weeks, and trains you.
You know your current tools cost you time. You can name the friction points. What's missing is someone who builds the fix without dragging you into a six-month engagement, a committee, or an endless retainer.
If your problem is better solved by a freelancer, a product subscription, or a larger firm, we'll say so in the Inquiry call and refer you accordingly. Engagements that don't fit the model are referred out, not stretched.
