This website is operated by SpearFoundry Consulting LLC, a technology practice based in Branchburg, New Jersey, United States. In this policy, “we”, “us”, and “SpearFoundry” mean SpearFoundry Consulting LLC.

When you send us a message through the contact form, you provide:
The form is handled by Formspree, a form-delivery service. Formspree passes your submission to SpearFoundry by email so we can read and reply. We use what you send to respond to you and to keep a record of our correspondence.
You do not have to use the form. You can email us directly at admin@spearfoundry.com instead.
The site includes an optional assistant that answers questions about SpearFoundry. Using it is your choice, and it does not require an account.
When you send the assistant a message, the text is sent to our server and to Anthropic, which runs the Claude model that generates the reply. Anthropic processes your message to produce a response, under its own terms. Please do not enter sensitive personal information into the assistant.
We apply a basic rate limit to keep the assistant available. The assistant is for general questions about our work, not for handling personal data.
The website does not currently use analytics or visitor tracking. If we turn analytics on later, we use Plausible Analytics, a cookieless service that does not collect information that identifies you. Plausible reports only aggregate figures such as page views and referring sites.
We do not build advertising profiles from your visit to this site.
The site is hosted on Vercel. Like most web hosts, Vercel keeps standard server logs that can include your IP address, the pages requested, and basic device information. These logs support security, reliability, and troubleshooting.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the providers that run the site’s features:

We keep contact-form messages and email correspondence for as long as needed to respond and to keep a reasonable business record. Aggregate analytics do not identify you and are kept under Plausible’s data policy. Server logs are kept under Vercel’s retention practices.

This site is meant for business owners and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the site.
SpearFoundry operates from the United States. If you contact us from outside the United States, your information will be processed in the United States and in other countries where our service providers operate.
We may update this policy as the site changes. When we make a meaningful change, we will update the effective date shown at the top of this page.
