Loop is a puzzle game made by SpearFoundry. This policy explains what information Loop handles, who else is involved, and the choices you have. It is written in plain language.
You can play the core game without creating a Loop account.
Loop is published by SpearFoundry Consulting LLC, a company based in Branchburg, New Jersey, United States. In this policy, “we”, “us”, and “Loop” mean SpearFoundry Consulting LLC and the Loop app.

Loop is a calm pipe-connection puzzle game for iPhone and iPad. It includes 200 levels and a daily puzzle. The core game works offline, and you do not need a Loop account to play.

This data stays on your device unless you turn on an optional Apple service described below. Deleting the app removes this local data from your device.
Loop does not run its own account system. If you choose to use Game Center, Apple handles your Game Center identity and the related service data.

Your use of Game Center is governed by Apple’s terms and privacy policy. You can manage or turn off Game Center in iOS Settings and in your Apple account.
Loop shows ads to support the free game. It uses Google Mobile Ads and the Google User Messaging Platform.

To serve, measure, personalize, or limit ads, Google and its advertising partners may process information according to your consent choices and Google’s applicable policies. Depending on your choices and region, this can include information such as your device’s advertising identifier, general information about your device, and how ads perform. Your choices in the consent message and in the privacy options control how ads are handled where those rules apply.
If you unlock the option to remove ads, Loop stops showing ads.
Loop offers optional purchases, such as removing ads or unlocking premium themes. Apple processes these purchases through StoreKit.
Apple handles the payment. Loop does not receive or store your full payment-card details. Loop records only whether an entitlement is active on your device, so it knows what you have unlocked.
Loop can schedule an optional daily reminder on your device after you enable notifications. This reminder is a local notification created on your device.
You control it through Loop and through iOS Settings. Loop does not run a remote notification server, and we do not send push messages from our own servers.

You decide whether to send feedback and what your notes say. Loop gathers these details into a message that you review before sending. When you reach us, we receive your message so we can reply and improve Loop.

Each of these companies handles data under its own policies. Loop does not use a separate analytics or crash-reporting service.
Your local game data stays on your device until you delete it or delete the app. Information held by Apple or Google is kept under their own retention policies.
If you send us feedback or a privacy request, we keep your message for as long as needed to respond and to keep a reasonable record.

Loop is a general-audience puzzle game. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Ads are served through Google under the settings and regional rules that apply. If you believe a child has provided personal information in a way that concerns you, contact us at admin@spearfoundry.com and we will address it.
Loop is operated from the United States. If you use Loop from outside the United States, the services Loop relies on, such as Apple and Google, may process information in the United States and in other countries where they operate.
